with a bit of luck i will be talking to ken shamrock later on tonight at cage rage 25 i'm friends with another fighter and he says ken is really chisled in great shape and is a really nice guy .... shame about all the bad press he gets now frank would be the shamrock i'd like to meet , no offence ken lol
