    Thanks for the props! Getting into a regular cardio routine will really help. I like your analogy about the fish out of water...in fact you can think of improving your max vo2 that way. With a higher max vo2, the less your body needs to shift to "anaerobic hell" mode to operate and the stronger you'll be later in a fight.
